CMSA-AZ Scholarship Program 2008

Will receive a $500.00 scholarship. The scholarship recognizes case managers and students who represent the philopshy of case management and the sense of community.

How do I apply for the scholarship?

  • If you are a case manager, you must be registered for the CCM exam.
  • If you are a student, you must be registered in an accredited nursing program.
  • You must be interested in the field of Case Management.
  • You must complete the application.
  • And finally you must complete a 200 word typed essay titled - What Case Management Means to Me.

What is the CMSA/AZ Scholarship Program?

CMSA/AZ is committed in assisting the education and promotion of Case Management. Two candidates will receive a $500.00 scholarship. The scholarship recognizes case managers and students who represent the philopshy of case management and the sense of community.

Who Reviews the Applications and Essays?

A panel of Case Manager's in the community will review and judge each essay. Your essay will be judged on the content, quality of writing and overall presentation. After all the essays have been reviewed two will be presented a $500.00 scholarship.
