The Case Management Society of America (CMSA) is an international not-for-profit membership society of case managers, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals. CMSA offers its members a great way to network and obtain continuing education in the fields of case management, nursing, social work, disease management, and rehabilitation. Our mission is to promote the growth and value of case management and to support the evolving needs of the case management professional.

Our annual conference is be open to case managers, social workers, and other interested health care professionals from Phoenix and the four surrounding states. It  provides an ideal forum for vendors and sponsors to present material and information about their services.

Thank you for considering participation in this exciting upcoming conference. Enclosed with this letter in an Exhibit Agreement, which must be completed and mailed with full payment, a business card, and all the information required of the sponsorship level you have chosen. Also we do have an Early Bird special for the vendors to receive up to a 10% discount depending on the level of sponsorship. Plus, we are adding a bonus benefit. We will have a power point slide show that will be seen by all the participants in the lecture area and the exhibitor room. You can have your company logo shown 1-4 times per rotation depending on your level of sponsorship.
